Toronto Athletic FC Academy Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Registration
Refunds for registration fees are issued in accordance with the outline below:
- If a withdrawal from a season is requested a minimum of 3 months (90 days) prior to the start of the season.
- $475 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2013 or younger
- $500 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2009 to 2012
- $675 Administrative fee will be incurred for players on IModel Team
- Refund requests must be in writing and addressed to [email protected]
- If a withdrawal from a season is requested less than 2 months (60 days) prior to the start of the season.
- No refund will be provided due to league, administrative, and third-party fees already incurred, as well as the player spot being reserved for the season. Any partial credit may be issued at the Academy’s discretion and, if issued, will remain on the account subject to applicable league and third-party policies.

The Toronto Athletic FC Academy fees are structured as a seasonal program rate, not per individual practice.
Occasional cancellations due to weather, school events, or facility conflicts are reflected in our overall pricing. For this reason, refunds or credits cannot be issued for single cancelled or missed sessions. Our Academy remains committed to delivering full program value through consistent training, high-quality coaching, and ongoing player development opportunities throughout the season.
There is no refunds will be issued if a player, parent, or team is suspended or expelled due to violations of discipline policies or codes of conduct
There is no refund of any fees if a player/team/parent is suspended or expelled from Ontario Soccer or SC Toronto for violation of discipline policies or codes of conduct.
There will be no refund if a player or parent disagrees with the player’s coach, team or tier placement.
Any outstanding debt owing will be applied against any potential refund.
Tournament Fees
Tournament Fees including Coaches costs are to be covered by team families (team registration/entry fee, coaches accommodations and gas).
