TAFC Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Registration

Refunds for registration fees are issued in accordance with the outline below:

  • If a withdrawal from a season is requested a minimum of 1 month (30 Days) prior to the start of the season.
    • $375 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2013 or younger
    • $400 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2009 to 2012
    • $475 Administrative fee will be incurred for players on an IModel Team
    • Refund requests must be in writing and addressed to [email protected]
  • If a withdrawal from a season is requested less than 1 month (30 Days) prior to the start of the season.
    • $400 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2013 or younger
    • $450 Administrative fee will be incurred for players born 2009 to 2012
    • $500 Administrative fee will be incurred for players on an IModel Team
    • Refund requests must be in writing and addressed to [email protected]
  • If a withdrawal from a season is requested after the start of the season.
    • $750 Administrative fee will be incurred for all teams
    • A prorated refund will be calculated based on when the request is received
    • If a refund request is received 40 days or more after the start of a season, no refund will be provided
    • Refund requests must be in writing and addressed to [email protected]

Single Practice Cancellation
The TAFC Academy fees are structured as a seasonal program rate, not per individual practice.

Occasional cancellations due to weather, school events, or facility conflicts are reflected in our overall pricing. For this reason, refunds or credits cannot be issued for single cancelled or missed sessions. Our Academy remains committed to delivering full program value through consistent training, high-quality coaching, and ongoing player development opportunities throughout the season.

Tournament Fees
Tournament Fees including Coaches costs are to be covered by team families (team registration/entry fee, coaches accommodations and gas).
